Windows Live Hotmail may be a web-based email service developed by Microsoft. 1. Visit the Hotmail.com home page.
2. Click the "Sign up" button.
3. Enter the Hotmail email address you would like to use and click on the "Check availability" button to visualize if your required email address is out there.
4. Enter and make sure the countersign you would like to use to access your Hotmail account.
5. Enter you name, country, state, Zip code, gender and birth year. Enter the displayed security code and click on the "I Accept" button to form your new Hotmail account.
