How to Compare Laser Printer Yields

Maximum Output
Look at what the greatest output is for the printer when looking at the specifications. Note how many pages the printer can print per tiny for black & white, color , photo documents.

Ink Cartridges
Reminder how many ink cartridges the printer requires and how many documents are printed using those cartridges on average. This will support you learn the full yield of the printer before new cartridges will be required.

Settings
Many printers have different print settings allowing them to print faster at a lower quality or slower at a higher quality. Note if your printer has these settings and if changing the settings allows the printer to create extra pages for each minute.
