How to Troubleshoot a Brother Printer

Troubleshooting everything is a process. Windows has a troubleshooting laser printer wizard, but it rarely seems to work. Troubleshooting printers is quite simple work. Take one tread at a time in troubleshooting, & then after every step, see if the difficulty is set. Brother printers are fairly simple to use, you should be able to get the following steps to attach nearly at each problem.

Note:- Before following the steps below, I do not recommend you doing this unless you are comfortable editing the Windows Settings. I will not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your PC after editing the settings by following the steps below. You proceed at your own risk or may take help from Microsoft Certified Technician at Call 1-888-897-5899 (Toll Free) Below are the steps to Troubleshoot a Brother Printer.

Instructions

1. Check the printer for some jams or blockages, remove any that exist.

2. Remove any print jobs in the queue. Go to the printer's manage box & double click on the printer you want, then choose any print jobs & select "Remove."

3. Turn the printer completely off & unplug it. Wait about 30 seconds & turn the printer back on.

4. Restart the PC. Close all your programs shut down the PC and wait a few seconds. You may want to turn the printer off again. Restart the printer & the PC.

5. Go back to the printer panel and choose the printer, then choose "Delete." Select the "Add Printer Wizard" & add the printer again.

6. Download the latest drivers by going to Brother's website and decision the latest driver revisions. Right click on the printer, click "Properties." seem in all the special tabs to discover a button to says something similar to "New Driver" or "Update driver." After selecting, point the wizard to get the fresh drivers that were downloaded.
